The BestPack™ AS-Stainless Steel Series is a fully automated, operator-free carton sealer designed for uniform in-line carton closure in wet environments. Built with a sturdy four-column support structure and dual-motor side belt technology, the AS-S efficiently closes all four top flaps and seals the carton’s top and bottom, operating at 45-60 PSI and 4-5 SCFM of air.

Each BestPack stainless steel unit is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel for 21 CFR 110 compliance and is available in splash-resistant or wash-down models. The AS-S also features our exclusive stainless steel 2″ or 3″ pop-out pressure-sensitive “High Speed” tape heads with BestPack’s patented tab adjustment for precise and reliable sealing.
